Orwell’s Down And Out Live Production Photos

On 6th June hundreds of people came and thousands more tuned in online to watch the live, immersive theatrical event Orwell’s Down and Out Live at the beautiful Stone Nest. Readers such as Jon Snow, Bonnie Greer, David Schneider, Jack Monroe, Ben Aldridge and Simon Callow read alongside people who are currently homeless – who also contributed their own moving testimonies from their lives. It was a 5 hour epic of theatre performance, film, poetry, music and story-telling. Thank you to everyone involved and everyone who watched.
